1. Star by eating one banana for breakfast. That’s how your day should begin. If one banana doesn’t make the job done and you are still hungry, then eat one more. That should be your limit and make sure you eat fresh bananas.
2. Together with the banana drink one glass of lukewarm water for breakfast. You can still drink coffee if you want at least 20 minutes before the breakfast.
3. The good thing about this diet is that it doesn’t have any restrictions and it doesn’t require removing certain foods from your menu. However, if you want any results you should try and reduce consumption of fatty foods. The only rule that it applies is the one that says to stop eating when you are 80% full.
4. Avoid eating candy bars or desserts. After every meal, you must avoid eating something sweet.
5. You are allowed to eat one small chocolate bar but only at 3 pm every day.
6. Your dinner must be before 8 pm and never after this hour. We recommend you least meal to be around 6 pm.
7. You should exercise if that doesn’t create you any additional stress. It is good to work out if when you are on this diet.
8. Go to bead before midnight.

The main reason why this diet is so popular is because it is very easy to follow, people don’t need to count their calories or they don’t need to avoid any food products.

The “Morning banana” diet couth people attention when Hitoshi Watanabe announced that he had lost almost 17 kilograms.It gained, even more, popularity when the Japanese opera singer Kimiko Mori publicly admitted that he also lost 7 kg in a period of 5 weeks.
